If you are not able to resolve a specific issue with DART or you have more general comments about DART service, please call Community Transit at 425.353.7433 or TTY Relay 711. Representatives can take your comments between 6:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

When you contact DART or Community Transit with your comment, please be specific and include the following information:

  • Your name, address and phone number
  • The date, time and location of the incident
  • The DART vehicle number and driver's name if available
  • Your compliment, suggestion or complaint
