If you are not able to resolve a specific issue with DART or you have more general comments about DART service, please call Community Transit. Representatives can take your comments between 5:30 am and 9:00 pm weekdays and between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm on weekends. TTY is not available on the weekends. Please call 1-800-833-6388 (TTY relay service) if you need this type of assistance.
