Days and Hours of Operation

DART services are available seven days a week.

Hours of operation are approximately 5:00 a.m. to midnight on weekdays and 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Hours of service may be earlier or later, depending on the schedule of the specific fixed routes in the area you are traveling.

Local routes do not include trips to the Everett Boeing plant, downtown Seattle, the University District or Darrington.

Monday – Friday: 5:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Sunday/Holidays: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Saturday/Sunday/Holidays: 2:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Phone Hours for Cancellations:

Monday – Friday: 5:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Saturday/Sunday/Holiday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Phone Hours for After-Hours Cancellations

Monday – Friday: After 7:00 p.m. (leave a message)

Saturday/Sunday/Holiday: After 4:30 p.m. (leave a message)

If you are visiting from out of town:

If you are ADA paratransit eligible in another transit system, you may use DART for up to 21 days while visiting Snohomish County. After 21 days, we may ask you to fill out the DART ADA paratransit application.

DART Fares

The DART fare is $2.50 one way. You must have exact change and pay a fare each time you board a DART vehicle. If you do not wish to use cash, you may buy a ticket book or a monthly DART Pass. A monthly DART Pass costs $90.00.  Please contact the Community Transit RideStore, at 425.348.2350 for more information.

DART does not accept the ORCA Pass. If you use an ORCA Pass, please call the Community Transit Ride Store at 425.348.2350 for information. The Ride Store hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

You may use the Edmonds Community College Pass (Ed Pass) or the University of Washington Pass (U-Pass) on DART.

Please note: DART drivers do not make change, sell tickets or passes. Drivers cannot accept gifts of any kind. Tipping is not permitted.
